Does the app track empty vs. filled jars?
Yes. Every product has a returnable flag. Inventory tracks filled jars at your plant, jars in transit, jars with each customer, and jars returning empty — in real time.

Can I pause a customer's subscription when they go on leave?
Yes. One tap to pause, pick a resume date, and deliveries auto-resume on that day. Customers can also request pauses from their own customer app.

Does it support multiple delivery boys with route assignment?
Yes. Each delivery boy gets their own login on an Android phone, their assigned route for the day, and a delivery sheet that works offline. You see their progress in real time.

Delivery marking works offline. When the phone gets back on network, everything syncs — no lost entries, no double-counted jars, no unfair disputes with the customer.

Do you support 2L, 5L, and mineral bottles, not just 20L jars?
Yes. Unlimited product types, each with its own rate, GST, and returnable setting. Most agencies sell 20L jars plus 1L/2L bottles plus cartons.

Can I give different rates to different customers?
Yes. You can set a default product rate, then override per-customer. Common for corporate contracts, early-customer rates, and special pricing for large apartments.
